About Us

With over 25 years of hands-on experience supporting small businesses throughout Placer County, Sacramento County, and remotely across the United States, I bring depth, perspective, and real-world understanding to every client relationship.

I began my bookkeeping career in 2000 at just 15 years old, working directly with local business owners who needed more than basic data entry — they needed a trusted partner to help them understand their numbers, stay compliant, and make confident business decisions. That early exposure shaped how I work today: practical, relationship-driven, and focused on the full picture of running a business. I later earned an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Sierra College, providing a formal accounting foundation to support the extensive hands-on experience I had already built.

My early career was deeply rooted in construction and trade-based businesses, where I developed strong expertise in job costing, project tracking, cash flow management, payroll, subcontractor compliance, and multi-entity operations. Over time, my work expanded into supporting businesses across a wide range of industries, allowing me to build a broad, adaptable skill set while maintaining a strong specialty in complex, service-based operations.

While bookkeeping has always been the core of my work, my background extends well beyond the general ledger. Over the years, many of my clients needed help not just with their numbers, but with the systems surrounding them — how invoices were created, how information flowed, how processes were documented, and how their business functioned day to day. As a result, my role naturally expanded into business process creation, workflow improvement, and operational support.

In addition to core bookkeeping services, my experience includes construction project management, human resources support, payroll administration, accounts payable and receivable, cleanup and catch-up work, system setup, and ongoing financial reporting. I also bring experience in website creation, branding support, document creation, and process design — allowing me to help clients build organized, repeatable systems that support both their financials and overall operations.

Today, I offer comprehensive support that covers nearly every aspect of a business’s financial and operational structure — from startup and system setup, to ongoing bookkeeping and process improvement — while working in coordination with tax professionals for tax filing and planning. This integrated approach allows my clients to work with one trusted partner who understands how all the pieces fit together.

I am a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, an Intuit Bookkeeper Certified professional, and a member of the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB). I stay current on best practices, compliance standards, and software updates to ensure my clients receive accurate reporting, streamlined workflows, and reliable financial insight they can trust.

My approach is practical, detail-driven, and highly personal. I understand that behind every set of books is a real person wearing multiple hats and making important decisions every day. My role is to remove the stress and confusion from the financial and operational side of your business so you can focus on running and growing it with confidence.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, farming, gardening, paddle boarding, outdoor adventures, and spending time with my family — interests that keep me grounded and connected to the same real-life balance my clients are working hard to maintain.
